You create your group of 4-12 people and we’ll work together to select a day and time that works for everyone.

Each session will include a guided sit; the practice of sitting quietly and focusing your mind on one thing (aka mindfulness). It’s how we train our brains to work for us and not against us!
You will learn tools that are easy to remember and you can use them whenever you notice that you need them. The work is to notice when you need them. It gets easier with practice and that’s what we’ll be doing each week, practicing!
There will be plenty of time for Questions and Answers! If I don’t know the answer, I’ll have it for you the following week.
This is an opportunity for you to get to know yourself better. Mindfulness is the vehicle and you’re the driver. This is a very much go at your own comfort level experience.
Classes will meet once a week for 6 weeks on Zoom.
Each session will be between 60 and 90 minutes
